Warranty Policy

Scope of Warranty

This policy applies to all niche department store products purchased from pas-store, including but not limited to Digital (headphones, power banks, mice, chargers), Sports & Fitness (dumbbells, badminton rackets), Stationery & Office (pens), and Home Essentials (cups, chopsticks, toothbrushes). The warranty period lasts for 12 months from the date you receive the product.

Warranty Conditions

During the warranty period, if the product experiences performance failures or quality issues not caused by human damage, and meets the following conditions, we will provide free warranty service:

The product must have valid proof of purchase (order number, screenshot of purchase record, etc.) that can be traced back to pas-store official channels.

The product must have no obvious signs of human damage (such as scratches, breaks, deformation) and no evidence of unauthorized disassembly, modification, water/liquid damage, or drops.

The fault must not be caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, flood), improper use (such as overload, misuse), accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty Service Content and Methods

For products meeting warranty conditions, we will provide the following repair services based on the product's actual situation:

Free replacement of faulty components (limited to core parts related to the product's normal operation);

Free adjustment and repair of product performance faults.

If the product cannot be used normally after repair, we will offer a replacement service (exchange for a brand-new product of the same model and specification); if the same model is unavailable, we can negotiate replacing with a product of equivalent or higher specifications, or refund the actual payment amount.

The warranty service only covers the product itself and does not include separate warranties for packaging, accessories (such as charging cables, manuals, gifts). If accessories are damaged, you can consult customer service for paid replacement services.

Non-Warranty Scope

The following situations are not covered by this warranty policy, and we will provide paid repair services at your expense:

Products beyond the 12-month warranty period;

Products without valid proof of purchase, or where the purchase information does not match the product;

Products showing signs of unauthorized disassembly, modification, water/liquid damage, or drops;

Damage caused by force majeure, improper use, or accidents;

Products repaired by unauthorized service centers;

Wear and tear of consumable components (such as toothbrushes, pen nibs) due to normal use.

Warranty Application Process

You can apply for warranty service through customer service during pas-store business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00, UTC+8:00):

Send an email to service@mail.pas-store.com with the subject "Warranty Application + Order Number + Product Name + Fault Description," including photos of the product fault, proof of purchase, and other relevant materials;

Contact the official store customer service, providing the order number, product information, and fault description to discuss warranty matters.

After receiving your application, customer service will review it within 12 hours (during working hours) and inform you of the result and subsequent handling procedures.

Once approved, you may follow the customer service instructions to send the product to the designated address (shipping costs are borne by you). Upon receipt and confirmation of the product fault, we will complete the repair/replacement within 3-5 business days and send it back to you (return shipping costs are borne by us).

You can edit/change orders within 12 hours of placement; orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with delivery expected in 5-7 business days (subject to logistics efficiency). If the product is damaged during transit, please contact customer service immediately for resolution.
