Return and Exchange Policy
Welcome to shop at Pas-Store! We operate in the niche department store sector in the United States, offering products across categories such as Digital (headphones, power banks, mice, chargers), Sports & Fitness (dumbbells, badminton rackets), Stationery & Office (pens), and Home Essentials (cups, chopsticks, toothbrushes). To protect your legal rights and clarify mutual responsibilities, we have established this cancellation and return/exchange policy. Please read it carefully.
Basic Cancellation and Return Instructions
If you need to cancel an order or process a return, you must first obtain written approval from Pas-Store. Please submit your request by sending an email to our official email address service@mail.pas-store.com, explaining the reason for cancellation/return and providing order details.
Important Note: Any cancellation requests without written approval will be denied, and the order will continue to be processed as usual. Any products returned without our consent will be refused and sent back to you, with all related costs borne by you.
Product Defects and Inspection Period
Please inspect the products (including appearance and functionality) within 14 days of receiving your package. If you discover any minor defects or slight stains, please contact us promptly via the aforementioned email address. We will provide further solutions (such as returns, exchanges, or compensations).
If the inspection period exceeds 14 days, the defect/stain will be considered to have been caused during your use, and we will no longer accept related after-sales requests.
Order Cancellation Policy (Categorized by Cancellation Timing)
Cancellation before Shipping Label Creation
For orders placed but not yet assigned a shipping label, we will issue a full refund with no handling fees upon your cancellation request.
Cancellation before Shipment (Shipping Label Created)
If a shipping label has been created but the order has not yet been shipped, a cancellation request will incur a 10% restocking fee of the product's original price, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Cancellation after Shipment
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be halted mid-transit. You can choose to refuse the package upon delivery or receive it first and then contact us via the official email for a return shipping label. After the package is returned to our designated address and inspected, we will process your refund, charging a 20% restocking fee of the product's original price.
Cancellation after Delivery (Package Unopened)
If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days and you wish to cancel the order for personal reasons without opening it, you must contact us via email with clear photos and video evidence of the unopened package. After obtaining written approval, arrange for the entire package to be returned through the original delivery company, bearing all return shipping costs. Once the package is returned and inspected, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Cancellation after Use (Non-Quality Reasons)
Within 30 calendar days from delivery, cancellations for non-quality reasons (including but not limited to: no longer wanted/needed, size mismatch, dislike of the product, refusal of compensation for minor transport damage, etc.) must meet the following conditions:
Contact us via the official email with clear photo and video evidence showing the product and packaging are intact, undamaged, and unused;
Obtain written authorization for the return, then arrange for the complete packaged product to be returned via the original delivery company, bearing all return shipping costs;
Requests exceeding 30 calendar days after receipt will not be accepted.
Upon return and inspection of the package, a 25% restocking fee of the product's original price will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return unless under extreme special circumstances, which require prior approval via the official email. Unauthorized returns will be rejected:
Special custom orders;
Used second-hand products with obvious signs of use;
Discounted items (promotional or sale items).
Refund Conditions and Exceptions
In general, refunds are processed within 7 business days after the package is returned and inspected. In cases of delays due to bank processing, logistics delays, or other force majeure factors, please contact us via the official email with relevant proof, and we will provide further assistance.
Important Notes
If you need to process a return, do not directly refuse any FedEx/UPS packages. Instead, sign for the package first and then request a return shipping label from us at service@mail.pas-store.com, following the instructions to proceed with the return;
