Customer Service Description

Our customer service working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (UTC+8:00).

Customer service will promptly handle your inquiries, order questions, after-sales applications, and other related needs during working hours. Inquiries outside of working hours will be prioritized once working hours resume. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Order-related Rules

Order Editing and Changes: After placing an order, you can contact customer service within 12 hours of order creation to edit or change order information (including but not limited to shipping address, contact details, product specifications). Changes cannot be made after this period, so please carefully verify relevant details when ordering.

Shipping Rules: After placing an order, if the product you purchased is in stock, we will arrange shipment within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays). If the product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly via official email to discuss the shipping time or process a refund.

Delivery Time: Actual delivery time depends on logistics progress and is usually 5-7 business days (excluding the day of shipment, weekends, and public holidays). If delivery time is extended due to logistical delays, force majeure, or other special circumstances, we will do our best to assist you with follow-up, but we do not assume additional compensation responsibilities.
