- Free Shipping Range: All orders within the contiguous 48 states of the United States are eligible for free shipping.
- Exclusions: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and other regions do not qualify for the free shipping policy. Please contact customer service for specific shipping costs.
Shipping Methods
Our partnered logistics carriers include UPS, FEDEX, and USPS, capable of meeting delivery needs across the contiguous 48 states of the United States. To ensure accurate delivery, please make sure to provide a complete, correct, and valid shipping address when placing your order. If the package delivery fails, is returned, or incurs additional charges due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by you, any related re-shipping costs and losses will be your responsibility.
After your order is shipped, we will promptly send a notification email containing the tracking number to your registered email at service@mail.pas-store.com. You can use the tracking number to check real-time delivery status and estimated delivery time via the carrier's official channels.
Delivery Timeframes
- Shipping Timeframe: Once your order is successfully paid and the product is in stock, we will ship it within 1-2 business days (no shipments on weekends and public holidays, thus extending the timeframe).
- Arrival Timeframe: The standard delivery period for the contiguous 48 states of the United States is 5-7 business days (excluding order placement, shipping, and holiday periods).
- Order Modification: You can contact customer service to edit or change your order within 12 hours of placing it; modifications beyond this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
Package Acceptance
- Default Acceptance: All packages are delivered without requiring a signature and will be left at the front door, reception, or a secure location such as a parcel locker at your specified delivery address, subject to the carrier's actual delivery practices.
- Signature Service: If you require a personal signature confirmation upon delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing your order (Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, UTC+8:00). We will arrange this for you, and related fees will be communicated by customer service.
